Neuven Audit Solutions (Neuven Solutions Ltd) undertook a review of worker files and scored them against the relevant audit criteria to include NHS standards, legislation and good industry practice.
In turn, the audit assisted Severn Angels in identifying areas for improvement within current policies, processes, and practices – as well as providing an overview of the current levels of compliance in place across all relevant departments within its business.
Scoring
Severn Angels Healthcare received an audit score based on the information evidenced during the audit. This score determined the current level at which the files were maintained too – and acted as a starting point for the business to improve on.
This was Severn Angels first audit with Neuven Solutions and it proved that we have highest standards of employment and robust processes are in place to ensure candidates are vetted and comply with employment and safer recruitment standards before covering a shift.
Since this audit we have made so many improvements and are looking to achieve an even higher scoring on our next audit.
