Severn Angels Healthcare is one of the leading and trusted NHS framework nursing agency, offering a high volume of flexible work across the NHS and private sectors for Registered Nurses and Healthcare Support Workers.
The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) confirmed their systems and processes on 8 October 2015. This is effective from April 2016. Revalidation is the process that allows you to maintain your registration with the NMC and demonstrates your continued ability to practice safely and effectively. It is a continuous process that you will engage with throughout your career. It is the responsibility of the Nurse to ensure they are aware of their revalidation date therefore will need to give themselves enough time to prepare.
Severn Angels Healthcare will support the Nurse with the process of Revalidation.
The NMC recommends that you keep a record of the above by creating your own portfolio.
You can also find more information on revalidation on the link here.
If you require any help with revalidation please contact our office on 01905 930707.
